shit tenancy agreement
yes! finally the shit tenancy agreement is done! thanks god finally i did it! no money to employ people to do..just do it myself lo..if it can write in simple usual words i wont call it shit 1. for other people those sample on web and in hand may easy words but for me it just really a piece of shit which i dont know. whatever...now its done! phiew! and now just hope no problem at landlord side la...

well...make sure both parties hav the witness ppl bfr signing lo !safer if anything when wrong...
actualy is landlord tink agreement is not nessesary as he tink we wont burn his house o wat n he also wun do any bad thg to us. hahaha...but anyway ytd we did the "sign ceremony" (whoa..wat a big word LOL)
well i experience a bad case last time when my friends made a deal with the landlord, without a B&W after a month she changed the whole statement. we were force to move out 24hours and i was the middle man handling it at last to do the talking... three malays one chinese girls VS a malay landlord hahaha...the stupid thing happen was we just rented a small room...
and it trouble me in the middle of working hours...end up i need to write a letter to my company...to explain the whole damn thing to them ...just for the excuse for leaving...hahaha
