身為人類的一份子，如果有能力，都應該盡量為改善全球暖化盡一點心力，更何況，這些努力可能只是舉手之勞。

眾所皆知，溫室氣體大量增加是造成全球暖化的主因，使用化石燃料、發電都會增加溫室氣體，砍伐樹木則會減少二氧化碳的消耗量。所以只要能降低溫室氣體的產量、增加二氧化碳的消化量，全球暖化的問題就有可能獲得改善。

eat:

多穿天然紡織品，如棉麻為原料的衣物；隨身攜帶手帕，少用面紙或衛生紙。減少使用人造纖維就能減少消耗原油，用最天然的方式，兼顧美感和舒適度，也能在不知不覺中，減少一些溫室氣體的排放。
wearing:

使用省電燈泡、盡量用電風扇取代冷氣，或是用電風扇搭配冷氣、不用電器用品時關機，甚至拔掉插頭、若有可能，裝設太陽能發電設備。
living:

行的方面：
交通工具方面，走路、騎腳踏車優於搭乘大眾運輸系統、共乘，搭乘大眾運輸系統、共乘優於使用油電混合車及柴油車，當然也優於使用一般汽車。減少化石燃料的消耗，自然能減少溫室氣體的排放。
transport:

當然，要你馬上改變生活習慣是一件很困難的事情，所以我希望的是比例上的調整。一開始，每天少用一雙衛生筷、五張衛生紙、拔掉三個插頭，慢慢的，不再用衛生筷、習慣帶手帕、偶而吃素、坐捷運和走路上班，只要每個人有一點點的改變，累積起來就是巨大的轉變。
