yes! finally the shit tenancy agreement is done! thanks god finally i did it! no money to employ people to do..just do it myself lo..if it can write in simple usual words i wont call it shit 1. for other people those sample on web and in hand may easy words but for me it just really a piece of shit which i dont know. whatever...now its done! phiew! and now just hope no problem at landlord side la...

【大紀元5月25日訊】（大紀元記者陳艾編譯）近代人類生活甚為仰賴電力，電力幾乎是貫穿了我們日常生活所有的一切，小至你手邊常用的電話到登陸月球的太空梭都得用到電力，但是您可知道？事實上，您家中的電器即使關掉，仍會耗用你家的電力！
英國BBC報導，家用電器即使關掉也會耗用相當的電力。因為諸如電視、錄放影機、音響等家電，只要它有遙控的功能，雖然你已經用遙控器將電器給關閉了，但電器只是處於待命（standby）或者休眠的狀態而已，仍然要耗用部份電力，以保證隨時應你的需求而啟動。
待命狀態的電器通常消耗10至15瓦特的電力，有時會更高。看起來不多，但是，如果你家裏有五、六個電器處於待命狀態，加起來就有60瓦了。
電力專家John Field發明了一種設備，檢查電器在待命狀態的電力消耗狀況。把它連接上電器，比如，筆記本電腦，它就可以器測出該電器的電壓、功率等參數。
英國節能信託（Energy Saving Trust）調查了英國家庭家用電器待命狀態時的耗電量，結果有令人驚訝的發現：
1，待命狀態的音響每年耗用2.9億英鎊，產生160萬公噸的二氧化碳；
2，待命狀態的攝錄放影機（VCR和DVD）每年耗用2.63億英鎊，產生106萬公噸的二氧化碳；
3，待命狀態的電視每年耗用8, 800萬英鎊，產生48萬公噸的二氧化碳。
換句話說，僅僅英國的家用待命電器，每年產生310萬公噸的二氧化碳。
家用待命電器之中，電腦的耗電更為嚴重。除非你直接拔掉電源插座，或是由電源線上直接切掉電源（某些延長線上就有一個電源總開關），否則的話它會持續耗用電力。
其耗電量隨機種和待命狀態而定，從5瓦特到60瓦特不等，甚至可能更多。電源供應器製造商Scott Richards說，如果一百萬的電腦使用者，能改用更為有效率的電源供應器，預估每天將可節省相當於二十五萬公升的汽油。
根據Computer Industry Almanac的調查，到2004年年底全球有大約八億兩千萬台電腦在使用，預計到了2007年將會達到十億。
不論這些設備是如何的帶給我們生活上的便利，可以肯定的是，它們也同時在傷害著我們及這個地球。
如果你真希望你家的電器夠環保，請在使用完畢後，完全切斷它的電源。

colleague gathering

location : 大长今, a korean restaurant
somebody made a gathering since we have long time never stick together to have a meal and chit chat after the seperate of office..long story for that..sigh.. but sad to say still cant make it a round table as some people put aeroplane.aiks...
so shock when waiter nonstop serving small plate...in the end... wow!whole table full of kimchi!
a 影相魔人 leng lui trying to fit in when i capture. in the end she more like the main charater than the kimchi in the photo =.=
and again....alcohol! hoho! never try soju(烧酒) before so...as we can see from korean drama or movie, their cup is much more smaller 1. 1st shot for me is like eating wasabi,so... o.O but then i found a way to drink it..hmm..quite ok for it. acceptable! :p
jinro...alcohol content 20.1%... just google it and found out its a common soju in korea..hmm...u may found it so familiar in many korea dramas and movies too..hehe
quite a nice gathering la...but not as "fei" as last time ler..maybe jacky not around?he is the pillar of that.LOL. 4-5servings but everyone paid rm50!aiks...how expensive! anyway, congrates to chris and hope her baby healthy always! =)

sushi king
that day me and chee seng went to sushi king, for me myself thats the 1st time i went there. guess how many plate we ate?
guess how many plate of natto we ate too?
mind the 4 beige plate. total we 2 people ate 14 plates. whoa!is it consider many? :p the pay is much more cheaper than the genki sushi in previous day. hehe.. log in this page then u will found out why! (still wondering digi can redeem or not? webpage say just for maxis but seems got digi friend can get it too..hmmm)
