24岁的老人家

之前提到背脊之痛
患痛得地方就是三年前神经线发炎的地方
痛得最严重的时候做背脊盘骨左脚都痛
走路比ah beh还慢
跌打多次还不能100%康复
去了clinic再去专科
专科竟然说是职业病 o.O
乖乖听医生建议做伸展 吃了药 也自告奋勇快步健走一小时
渐渐有起色的时候 就轮到胃部闹脾气

胃在3月初有了一次有生以来没有过的剧烈抽痛之后
它应该觉得闹脾气很好玩 有了第二第三第四次
越来越频密 这次是连续3天
还好由中场休息让我peace一下
但是这样的情况我不得不暂时放弃吃背脊的药
背脊没有药也发脾气
今天左边疼痛二重奏又卷土重来

我因为背脊要戒口 现在因为胃不舒服又要戒更多的食物
昨晚只是区区的猪肉河粉黑木耳 胃部跟我翻脸
今天要吃流质食物看能不能妥协

曾经可以半夜3 4点才睡觉
现在12点就开始要死了 但是眼圈却出现 怎么都救不回
是以前放的肆现在终于爆发？

常笑人家肥 现在自己的体重有上升的趋势
常常喊饿 肚子神气了 饿不得
input比之前多 但是output却没有增加
体重的上升 是健康的 还是囤积的output?
朋友说“无甘多屎嗬就无食甘多”

有人说生病要抱着乐观积极的心态
我觉得痛到不行了怎么有这么好的EQ保持乐观？
我真的要为那些写blog写书激励大家的病人致敬
盼望上帝也此我这份能耐 =)

今年健康没有好过 24岁人健康就甘多问题
连我屋企70几岁嘛嘛都自豪甘讲“我健康过你”
一直被病魔折磨系一件劲痛苦0既事

背脊之痛

我想跟以前一样...

-像省龙猛虎一样怦怦跳跳
-可以摆不同的睡姿，爱怎样谁就怎样睡
-睡死，一觉到天亮
-随心所欲地吃我想要吃的
-不怕下楼梯不怕路不平不怕bumper
-健步如飞
-有八支脚这边走那边走
-烂有型搬重物
-趴着坐赖着坐但叫坐歪一边坐随性坐
-不用擦counter pain
-不用特别花钱这方面
-不用常常听到我哀怨喊痛

在还没有根治之前，这一切都只是-我想-
奉劝各位，有事没事都去做做运动，不要被电脑俘虏屁股粘着椅子，二十几岁人八十岁身体...

詮釋:
畫的中央，有三個大胖子臥在樹下，前面右方的，臥在一件皮草大衣上，身旁有一本書，他是一位學者。左面的那位，臥在一支打禾器上，是一位農夫。另一位在樹下的男士，舒適地睡在一個軟枕上，身旁有武器，是一名武士。

在畫的左後方，有一位穿戴著頭盔和手套的人，他正張開口，好像等待著甚麼似的。畫的右後方，似乎有一個人鑽進一個洞內。

我做阿姨了！

我姐姐突然屎忽hen要我爸爸带她去金宝中央医院。对，没有错，是屎忽hen，因为她本来是计划好了去哪一间的，哪知一去就回不了头，半推半就下上了ambulance进了怡保中央医院。不过头一胎，是难免有点紧张的。

就这样在医院过着监牢的生活。连一楼的窗口也有铁花，以防病人逃走。

我们探望囚犯的时候她刚好吃完晚餐。听说他可以吃完自己的meal然后吃埋隔壁床的，然后再吃10粒大鱼丸

这就是传说中的骂人不眨眼的狱警。一到时候就大赶探访者。但是我去的那一次却没有机会见识她的功力，我们猜测她应该是因为有雪糕吃，心情好，额外开恩可以逗留多几分钟 XD

探访过程发生了一段小插曲：

姐姐：她很厉害吃的！老妈：等下人家以为你是从哪里饿着回来

我：没有啦...buffet当然狂吃海鲜的啦！

老妈：你胆固醇高你就知道
我：不会啦！我什么都低的...血糖地胆固醇低脂肪低血压低....
弟：是咯！连想东西都低低地

第二天兴致勃勃地煮两味，却被弹到一文不值，还被老妈子禁止带去给姐姐，他自己却带她自己的汤...心冷了一下....这天姐姐被推进催生房，姑姑和老妈去见红牌医生曹继民，本想去见见这位接我出来这个世界的大恩人再跟他合照，哪里懂他们逼我陪姐夫，T.T 姐夫却在不久后也进去催生房，心冷了两下...无聊之极就打电话去kacau在忙工作的金慧...

原来现在医院已经用那种电子东西来显示产房里面的最近状况，谁生了谁在哪间再做什么等等...我太山巴了！ >.<

这一天什么都等不到...心冷了三下...

次日，生了！姐夫还一副烂神秘不说是女的还是男的。一行七人，老爸老妈大姑二姑姐夫的妈妈我和我弟兴高采烈地坐上货车。到也南附近的时候车镜被石子敲碎了！老爸！你孙送你大礼呐！:p

紧张到走错building不过最后还是到达。姐夫还是故作玄机不说是男是女。二姑唯有gap他尿尿的地方。哈！是女的！

其实过后才发现脚有绑着资料说明性别。haha!


我们发现到他的手指甲长长白白的。老人家们都说很少见。老爸就说她在肚子里面做水晶指甲。不错嘛！得了她妈的遗传...有前途！

突想小启发

最近走过我公司楼下的一间kopitiam里面的人都会像蜡我们进去吃。

都营业...有2年多了，客源还是不怎么理想

最近还有什么order main course free drinks的promotions

必要的宣传和promotion是ok的

但是在做这些外在的宣传的同时

可有检讨食物素质本身的问题？

--除了外在，内在也是很重要--

近年都有机会接触到婴孩

家长为了不要婴孩哭闹也为了省麻烦

很多时候就干脆方他们在摇篮哄他们睡

他们一哭就摇

久了他们就很习惯要人摇

就算家长多不方便，就算不是想要睡觉，他都会哭

他知道家长一定会去摇他

--习惯成自然也许是对别人的过分要求--

我有一个朋友去日本神户公干

一场来到神户当然要吃世界闻名的顶级牛肉

但是因为上司是印度教徒就禁止我朋友去吃

我是觉得每个人都有自己的宗教信仰

我又不是在你面前吃你神圣的动物

你不吃可以不随行但不是禁止吧？

--不好以自我为中心，别人也有选择的权利--

以前学院放长假的时候总喜欢把衣物往旅行箱塞

还要把大大的书包也塞满

什么床单啊...被啊...洗发精啊...沐浴乳啊...这件衣服可能要穿到，那件衣服可能会穿

连睡觉t shirt也要拿回家

回家两三个星期就好像要移民要去住个一年半载酱

然后还要赶巴士挤巴士

回到家还要拖旅行箱上山

现在想起来觉得很滑稽也很不可思议

床单可以在宿舍附近的洗衣店解决就好啦

衣服带两三件回去替换就好啦

睡觉 tshirt 洗发精 沐浴乳 家都有啊不同牌子也可以用的啊

干嘛要背着拖着这么多这么重的东西呢？

--全部的东西往身上杠只会越走越辛苦，适时学会放下--

有时候我逛街看到一些东西我会看多两眼就离开

就算没有钱买回家，看多两眼都已经会觉得满足

我是觉的不一定要拥有才会开心嘛！

就好像我喜欢VW Beetle，Mini,但是我不会去买它

一来我没有钱二来社会不好怕被打劫三来我不想花太多钱在负资产

以我的能力我只要一部能代步的就好

--量力而为--

那一天我朋友看到我妈在做糕点

就问了一些问题

其中一部分问了类似“那些粉一定要炒熟的吗？不炒可不可以？都看不出有没有炒”

我老妈就说“各有个做法咯”

我很赞成他的态度

偷步或偷工减料只是能解决短暂的

看远的话会影响客源到最严重-倒闭

为了一时的方便和省时去偷布，却换来很多的时间；

为了现时可以省成本去偷工减料，却换来没有钱（倒闭了嘛）

反过来想想：如果用心和诚心去做糕点

看到别人吃的开心，对糕点赞赏有加信誉大增

自己得到那一份成就感不是偷步和偷工减料能感受到的

前一阵子大家疯狂玩facebook的蛊惑仔
大家都热衷晋级
久了 pangkat越来越高
赚的钱越来越多
什么游艇什么酒店都买下来了
虽然不是最最高pangkat
但是已经觉得没有目的了
也开始提不起对这个game的兴致
--人生何尝不是这样？想要得到财势权势
一生为了钱为了势力劳劳碌碌
一旦得到之后人生好像没有意义
虽然说没有钱万万不能
但是我觉得不是全部东西都可以用钱买到的--

很多时候这些小小的事情会有大大的领悟

that day I lepak'ed' a digital broadband fair as known as acm fair for company affairs. When I go back to office to take some stuff my colleague shocked and kick me home. I just realise I'm not wearing right attire. haiya...normally if not work I sure wear short pants 1..paiseh ler use to the action liao :p 1st time attend such fair i feel so gan jiong I'll be miss it so the whole journey to KLCC just rush rush rush. Who ask me woke up that late..I just bought a rotiboy as my breakfast+lunch ..hmm...not as tasty as last time..quility drop liao...price increase somemore.. >.<

The location same with pc fair but looks like more standard...It looks like not ah pig ah dog can masuk 1. each people have to fill up the admission form..there's a long queue to go before my turn..and they all wear suit but whithout caot. wah...sei ngem sei ar..the lagi =.= thing when i get my visitor tag with my full name and company's name my designation all that. aiks...

The 1st booth I saw... SONY! nice big cam and all other tv production equipment... There were 2 leng lui wear nicely sitting in front a nice stage setting and shoot by few nice big cam..under each cam there's LCD wide screen to show their quality. I wonder how can leng luis can stand on that playing the congkok again and again under so many eyes and cams for 3 days?



I saw many unknown products and also the 1st time I saw optical fibre..We just slightly studied it in Science during secincadry school but now the 1st time I saw it!

It digital BROADBAND fair of course it's logical when you see all the broadband company around. But they ok a bit la at least not like pc fair 'rap' or shout beside you trying to get sales. Tmnet 'shift' a house here to show how HI TECH their broadband which u can use no matter in the kitchen, living room, or even in the car. =.= nah...nice promotion but once you apply the package you will just have bowls of tears and words of shit.



Recently quite hot the environmental protection issues and Maxis Digi also work on it. my left side oh..Maxis with white board trees..ok...



I turned my head 30 degrees clockwise and Digi...



LOL. Looks like Digi do their part better wer...

Since the conection me and my partner using is quite memper'bikcik'an I tried to survey the broadband services available and there I have a short chat with Timenet... Which I found out my english speaking is getting more and more worse... nonstop I..I..I... eh..eh... I cant even pronouce those words correctly lo! I know the guy tahan his laugh and trying so hard to listen what I'm trying to say... "my conection ar..not so good... I need to upload...few... few.. few....(trying hardly to speak out the word) hungres (yea..no doubt...I pronouce hundreds as hungres) file size thing..upload half the way...failed..upload failed...upload failed (and shoke my head as well to show how lousy the conection)" What a shame my speaking!!! >.<

This fair not what I imagine and expect.. >.< But I did met a long time no see senior + previous comrade...AT least I get something from the fair la...LOL

When I reach LRT station and crossing the predestrian brigde for bus..I saw my bus coming..I ran to the ground floor and saw the bus bye bye to me...T.T hakzai day again? but after a while Ikano shutter bus came...hehe..at least 执番个尾彩 XD

(yup i heard the same question before. and i really dunno how to differentiate pure chinese.)

西马人都不了解我到底是住在沙巴或者沙捞越。通常他们都会习惯性地叫 “SabahSarawak'， 我也懒得解释。

(i doubt why msian dunno differentiate sabah & sarawak. my colleagues always merge them togeder. exactly the same: sabahsarawak. dont u all know they are different state? )

Anyway我是绝对不会问你是否是“kedahkelantan” 或者 “melakasembilan' 或者 'penangperlis'...

我很努力想要介绍沙巴给西马的朋友认识，沙巴有住宅区，有market,有disco，有码头，有Giant。

(in fact, capital of sabah has all these, but different style with KL definitely. )

可是又很矛盾的，因为虽然我是住在有瓦有墙的屋子里，但是这里没有水没有电，也没有一条稍微好一点的路。

there is no highway in Sabah, only going up and down the hills. From KK to Sandakan, the distance about 300km but it tooks 6 hours driving. Imagine a 2 hours drive in KL turn up to be 6 hours. I drove before and its damn suffer!!! one of my friend vomited with my driving. haha

我来到西马后曾经被housemate责骂我“为什么你小便后都不冲水？你这样很不卫生ehhhh”
> When i was in West Msia, my housemate asked me why i din flush after pee. You are not hygienic.

我听了这句话愣了一下下，我只是撒了一泡尿，就要冲水？？

后来我才恍然大悟，原来西马每天24小时，每小时60分钟，每分钟60秒都有水源不停供应。

哼！真不好意思，我不小心把沙巴所养成的坏习惯给带来了，我家没有水！妈妈不给冲水！
> Oops, really paiseh. I brought my bad habit here, my home din have water supply and thus mother disallow us to flush.

一个星期只来两天的水，分别在星期一和星期四，这就是我hometown Sandakan所实行的policy!
> We have water supply for two days, tuesday and thursday respectively. This is the policy applied in Sandakan.

I have no idea whether this is true anot over sandakan, but i din faced this before over KK sabah.)

尤其是我家在高山，只能分得两天的自来水供应。在较低的市区或许会有三天到四天的水源供应。
> Especially my house is on uphill, we just get supply for two days, if at a lower level of housing area, they perhaps can get 3 to 4 days water supply.

我家的厕所应该是最臭的吧，马桶里的尿几乎要泡成甘蔗水了才舍得flush一下。 不然储蓄的水用完了，你就没有水冲凉。

讲到电源供应，我hometown平均一个月有72小时是停电的，最高纪录试过连续一个星期每天停电8个小时。
> Regarding electricity supply, my hometown averaging has 72 hours of black out. The highest record was without electricity for 8 hours a day consecutively for a week.

不停电就不是我hometown,这是每个沙巴汉都会说的。

吉隆坡停电半个小时就会上报纸，沙巴停电好几个小时导致交通灯失灵，交通瘫痪却无人问津！
> If KL black out for half an hour, it will be published on the papers, but Sabah black out for hours untill the traffic light cant function, causing massive traffic jam, nobody cares.

我记得我第一次带西马朋友来沙巴的第一天，家里就停电了，刚好是晚上，大伙儿会到屋外去晒月亮，看星星。
> I recalled the first time i brought my West Msia friend to my house, my house had a black out. Coincidentally, it was night time. All of us went out and basked ourselves under the moonlight, watch stars.

如果我说，在我家，你一伸手就可以摸到月亮，月亮亮得可以把你照出影子，还可以让你辨别各个星座，你一定要相信。
> If i said, in my house, i can touch the moon by raising my hand, moonlight is bright enough to have a shadow of u, and you can differentiate each horoscope, you must believe it.

（因为我hometown的空气实在是太好了）

Anyway，关于停电停水的事，我在沙巴生活了二十多年，什么都习惯了，反而因为长期的压逼而麻木了，变得不会反抗。
> Anyway, regarding electricity supply issue, i lived here for more thn 20 years, i am used to it. Because of this, i wont kick about this.

沙巴人就是那么单纯，逆来顺受。
> Sabahan is so simple, sit under the situation.

所以政府老是欺负沙巴，拿走沙巴资源去发展吉隆坡，卖了沙巴的木桐去西马起高楼，抽干沙巴的油田为西马做南北大道，
> Thats why government keep bullying Sabah, took Sabah resources to develop KL, sold all the tree logs from Sabah, took the profit to build skyscrapers in West Msia, exploited Sabah's oild field to construct PLUS!!

(without sabah and sarawak, the government profits would be quite low.)

用沙巴的orang utan换了中国的熊猫却把熊猫放在西马。
> Using Sabah's orang utan as an exchange for the panda from China, but they only placed panda over West Msia.

这样有本事捐钱救助四川却没办法做条好一点的马路给沙巴，45年来都是一样。
> So effective and capable to give donation for Sichuan earthquake, but they are not capable to construct a better road for Sabah. It is the same for 45 years.

沙巴的第一条fly over也是近年来才完成的，开心死沙巴汉。
> Even for Sabah's first flyover, it was just newly built recently. Sabahan is very happy with it.

(according to my finance teacher, she said that the reason why this can be a success cause LIM KIT SIANG voiced out in parliament. this project was once stopped and without any progress.)

国家抛弃沙巴，让沙巴自生自灭，每次都说要解决非法移民的问题，结果不了了之。
> The country abandoned Sabah, letting us emerge of itself or perish of itself. They said repetitively to rectify the issue of illegal immigrants, but it ends up with nothing definite.

沙巴的非法移民还比本地人要多，全部来自Filipine,去年提到Filipine要拿回沙巴，
> Sabah having much more illegal immigrants than local, mostly from Philippines. Last year there was once a issue that Philippines to gain back possession of Sabah.

如果是通过投票决定，凭着寄居在沙巴庞大的Filipine人数，沙巴肯定完蛋，就这样轻易拱手让人了。
>If the decision was based on voting, due to a large number of Philippines in Sabah, Sabah definitely game over, submissively passed to others.

沙巴没水没电不说，就连就业机会也少之又少，结果年轻人都外流，全部跑来西马找吃。
> Table the discussion of utilities supply, Sabah has less employment as well. Consequently, Sabah suffered from brain drain. All of them heading towards West Msia.

你知道吗？一瓶yogurt在西马卖RM3.70，在沙巴却卖RM5.70,所有杂志书刊一律比西马贵。
> Do you know that a bottle of Yogurt sell at RM3.70 in West Msia, but RM5.70 in Sabah. Every magazine comes much expensive than West Msia.

(thats why i say the cost of living here comparable to KL.)

因为货品从西马运过来都要贵算运送费，赚到的钱又要被抽去发展吉隆坡，加上本地人又要拼命找吃，所以物价越调越高。
> The reason is all goods are imported from West Msia, Sabahan has to bear the transportation cost. The profits obtained was sent back to develop KL. In addition, local people have to fight for food, thats why goods prices in general is escalating.

(dunno where is the source, i heard that normally goods in sabah is 25% higher than KL.)

可是这里还有人拿月薪RM200的人，还惨过在西马洗厕所。
> But we still have small batch of people that getting RM200 monthly salary, this even worse than those cleaner in West Msia.

每次回去沙巴，除了中学生以外都很少见到年轻人。沙巴什么都没有，年轻人留在沙巴也帮不了沙巴。
> Every time i back to Sabah, besides secondary school students, rarely can see youngsters. Nothing left in Sabah, those younger ones cant help as well if they stay.

去年有几位同乡朋友坚持毕业后要留在沙巴，当时我还说他们笨，有KL这么好的地方，为什么要留在沙巴。
> Last year, i had few hometown-mates insisted to stay back in Sabah after graduated. I scolded them for being so stupid. There is a nice place like KL, why you need to stay?

朋友说“没有人愿意留在沙巴，沙巴永远站不起来”，他点醒了我，但很无奈的，沙巴真的没有工作给我，我不得不留在西马工作。
> My friend:"Nobody willing to stay in Sabah, Sabah will never never shine." He waken me up, however, i really cant find a job in Sabah, i was forced to work in West Msia.

上个月，我的堂弟辞职回沙巴了，我好奇地问，沙巴人工那么低，你这样回去就很不划算了。
> Last month, my cousin resigned from his company back to Sabah. Out of curiosity i asked him:" Sabah is quite a low pay, it is not profitable for you going back."

堂弟说：“西马始终不是家，我怎样都会回来这里，沙巴一定会有公司需要我”
> Cousin:" West Msia is not my home, anyway i need to come back to Sabah, there must be some company in Sabah that needs me.

我听了很惭愧，因为我本是打算在此落地生根的。但现在我真的醒悟了，就算我人在西马，一样要为沙巴打气。
> I was ashamed listening to this, i planned to spend the rest of my life here, but now, i awoke. Even i am in West Msia, i still need pump for Sabah.

沙巴这么美丽的一片净土，好好发展的话肯定是全马数一数二的！可是却这样被糟蹋！
> Sabah is such a peaceful land, if being developed, it will be the top in Msia, but Msia lay waste to it.

这就是为什么除了沙巴汉以外的人，凡是进入沙巴的都必须做登记，Kastam会给你一张纸条，示意你在30天以内一定要离开沙巴。
> This is why, except for Sabahan, any Msian have to register themselves at custom. They will pass you an embarkation notice that you have to leave Sabah after 30 days.

沙巴不保护自己，情形会变得更惨不忍睹。
> If Sabah din protect itself, situation will be worse.

从以前到现在，沙巴对西马人来说，是那么的神秘而遥远。
> From all the time, Sabah is somewhere mysterious and far for Msian.

没有人肯到沙巴来，仿佛这里都是野蛮人生存的不文明世界，NS被派来沙巴的都哭得要生要死，好像要把他们打入地域的样子。
> Nobody willing to visit Sabah, it seems like Sabah is somewhere not civilized, barbarians everywhere. Those candidates for national service that being located in Sabah, they cried terribly, as if they were going to hell.

沙巴是天堂还是地狱，你来看过才知道，至今只有西方的旅人才愿意来这曾经比吉隆坡还要繁荣的土地，探索它的回忆。
> Sabah is heaven or hell, you will only know if you experienced it. Till now, only foreigners willing to pay a visit to Sabah, a place once boomed better than KL, searching for those historical moments.

(Undeniable, Sabah is scenery and its beautiful.I hate Sabah not coz of the geographical matters, but some other personal issues. Hence, my preference is bias.)

西马有三大民族，但沙巴有32个民族，西马的朋友应该都不懂。
> West Msia has 3 main ethnics, but Sabah has 32. I bet West Msian wont know it.

i was asked this question in a subject Seni Peribumi Borneo during presentation. I answered 10+ and i was shot like hell!! Not enough research done.=(

东马是全马来西亚民族最和谐的地方，西马朋友应该也不懂。

在沙巴，回教徒甚至可以到卖叉烧的店来做棒餐，棒餐就棒餐，绝不会叫你摸叉烧。
> In Sabah, Malays that embrace christ (christian) can serve in shop that sells pork. They just serve but wont ask them to touch or eat.

回教徒也可以到华人海鲜店吃海鲜，卖海鲜就卖海鲜，绝不会突然跑出一块猪腩肉。
> Muslims can go to chinese seafood restaurant for work, and definitely wont pops out with a pork.

大家互相信任，也不需要避忌。但在西马应该没办法看见这种画面吧。
> They trusted each other, and no need to keep away from anything. I think you cant see this scene over West Msia.

近年来Giant跑来沙巴了，巫统想要把西马的超市打入沙巴，再趁机控制沙巴的经济，很可惜受到沙巴汉的排斥。
> In recent years, Giant penetrate the market in Sabah, UMNO wants those supermarket in West Msia to have a share in the market. Through this, they can dominate Sabah's economy and gain profit from there, but unfortunately it was fought off by Sabahan.

沙巴有自己的报纸，有自己的超市，不需要假好心进来沙巴盗取沙巴的油脂再换取西马的利益！
> Sabah has their own papers, has their own supermarket, dun ever come in to gain profit for West Msia at our expenses.

国家抛弃沙巴，连9月16号沙砂加入马来亚成为马里西亚这么重大的日子都没有庆祝过！
> Country abandoned Sabah, they never celebrate such an important event: Malaysia day (16th September), the day where East Msia officially joined Peninsular and named as Msia.

....吃饱没事做的时候就炫耀说雄威的神山是马来西亚的骄傲...
> When at leisure, they will show off that Mount KK is Malaysia's proud.

神山是沙巴汉的骄傲，世界上最大的花朵莱佛西亚花也是沙巴汉的骄傲，濒临绝种的人猿亦是沙巴汉的骄傲，
> Mount KK is Sabah's proud. The world largest flower- Rafflesia is Sabah's proud, Orang Utan that soon extinct is Sabah's proud.

唯独是没有为马来西亚感到骄傲。
> And we only din proud of Malaysia.

我身为沙巴汉，衷心祈求916过可以让沙巴的同胞们过回一些好日子。
> As a Sabahan, pray heartily that after 16th September, our fellowmen can live better.

希望往后的916能够列为全国性的公共假期！联邦政府，请公平对待沙巴！
> Hope that 16th September can listed as public holiday for whole Malaysia. Federal Government, please be fair to Sabah.

(as what i saw, sabah is developed rapidly since this year. my coursemate did research for her FYP and found out in Msia budget plan, greater expense allocation for sabah development compared to previous years. Its a dramatic increase. as a short term 'sabahan' i hope that it really can be the top in Malaysia.)

canon goes green

last last Sunday I joined a movement, canon goes green as a volunteer to plant trees. It almost killed me cause we need to be there at 7.30am man!

Here's the place we 'check in' and get freebies.


The mail said we have to wear some greeny attire so I purposely bought a green tee. But after we get there.... =.= stupid la! They provide the event's tee which is green too =.=

We went to those toilet to change our clothes. SOMEONE accidentally opened a guy's door and he was peeing.. opps! lak seh her! XD But that guy also not ngam what...that's not his house la..must lock the door mah...haiya



They provided us some refreshment..got sandwich la..sausage la... nasi goreng la...milo la..coffee la.. etc la...

In the group I met a malay girl, Aisha. I found difficult to comunicate with her...My english and malay speaking become worse jo..aiks...Since she came alone too so we keep company... shared planting equipment..and have some talk.

Here's my 1st pokok. Actually they already digged holes and we just slightly make them bigger and nicer and put the trees inside and burry. easy task. I refused to apply anti-inserts liquid but after the 1st pokok i give up. The crew come to our group and I cepat cepat go to his side and let him spray my hands.


My 3rd or 4th pokok... bending... Hope it still alive till now la...


Beside group 1 there's a 'lake' and group 2 planted trees beside it too


I planted 6 pokok like that then dah habis pokok to plant already. But I found out something. There are many spoiled plants. They chopped the trees to have place to let us plant tress. So when we are planting trees, we are spoiling the environment as well. funny huh?

After the planting process we back to the stage. Since not every group finish yet so we go lepak and kepoh. Here's those VIP's trees. Trees look nicer lo... The right side is Aida sad I din manage to get contact from her.

When lepak we met greenies and 38 Grace so longing to take picture with them..so here we go again...



Can't see me ler...38 Grace said that's fate. But I think is uncle wong not song me lo..If not he can took from another angel 1 mah...haiya.. >.<>.< I noted here to remember this..mountain will meet the water 1 day geh! hmph!!

There still got some exibition..selling 环保袋 ...free colouring books for kids...cycling... drawing tattoo...free photo session by canon camera and canon printer of course...and they have free gift to give out at Q and A games sessions..and celebrity performance...Too hot and tiring la...so we left before the event ends...There ends our morning...
